For waves and water I sprayed three shades of blue Distress Oxide Sprays over the stencil, then added Stickles Star Dust for sparkling water highlights. Fish and dolphin were trimmed to make them appear like they are popping up out of the water. The Kayak and paddles were colored with Zig Clean Color Brushes, fussy cut and attached. Frame was cut down to fit the panel.
This card will go to a participant in this weekâs Teapot Tuesday challenge.

Wow, this is beautiful, and all framed in with your metallic silver! I love all of the glittery waves with the sea creatures tucked in there! The kayak is very cool!

Wow. This is so cool. It reminds me of Suzie.i love the dolphin jumping up to greet whoever is on that kayak. We actually had that happen to us while kayaking in Captiva once.
