I've never really used stencils before but now I know how easy they are to use! After taping down the paper and the stencil, I used a blending brush to apply the color in different shades.

Well if that was your first time using stencils then you’re a natural. That bg is gorgeous—the colors and the design. And you used that bg to create one “sweet” card with those bright red cherries. Totally nailed the inspiration card but with all your own wonderful colors and elements. Great CASE and a wonderfully delightful card.

Love that stencilled background. I finally got some brushes - now I need to get some stencils! Your card is such a taste of summer! Beautiful bright colours and hints of sparkle.
