Tammy has a beautiful gallery and I loved her Faux Woodgrain card. It's been a couple of years since I've done this technique so I was excited to try it again. The white panel was embossed with a snowflake embossing folder, then on the debossed side, I scored lines with the help of the ScorPal. Next I rubbed on some cool caribbean ink and followed that with soft suede. The panel was trimmed down and I added the sentiment, that was embossed on a torn strip of colored vellum cardstock. Here's her pretty card.

Fab techniques, Sue, and they worked wonderfully on this card. I really like how you did the sentiment. BEAUTIFUL case/card. Hugz

I love how the snowflakes look with the faux woodgrain treatment. This is stellar. I have pinned this beauty and may be CASEing it for my Christmas cards this year. I guess I need to buy a snowflake ef now. Love this!
