This is my card for CC946. Barbara is our hostess and she chose cherry cobbler, old olive, pacific point and bermuda bay for her color combination. Dessert opton this week is masculine.
Perfect colors for a masculine card so I went with Father's Day. My brother is an avid trout fisherman so this will go to him. In fact, he was out fishing and he sent us a fresh catch from today. They were already scaled, debone and filleted and ready for a quick pan fry. So delicious and healthy.
Anyway onto my card. I created my outdoor fishing scene using dies from CottageCutz. I was inspired by this card I saw on Pinterest. I changed it up by using this week's colors and dies from CottageCutz, eliminated the sun, clouds and grass and added fishing boots and a bobber.
My background is bermuda bay designer paper from the "oh so ombre" collection from Stampin' Up. My serntiment is from a stamp set by Waltzingmouse.
That's my card. I hope you can play along with these bright colors Barbara has chosen. Looking forward to a colorful gallery.

Awesome fisherman theme. Terrific one for your brother, especially since he shares the catch of the day! Love how you used the challenge colors on all the different die-cuts for this cute scene.
