Barbara's colors this week really made me think. I need to make six Father's Day cards so dessert was perfect! But with the colors I had to choose which card to make.
My husband is a golfer and I thought the Old Olive would do well for a golf themed card. I dug out this retired set which unbelievably had never seen ink!
After looking on Pinterest I saw a similar card I used for inspiration. I would not normally use Vanilla and white but I wanted the embossed background to look like a sweater and I felt the Vanilla had more of that feel. And the golf ball had to be white. To get my Bermuda Bay in I sponged some ink on the outside of the ball. After I was through I still wanted to add something so I used some Candy Dots in the BB.
Thanks for visiting my card today - one down, five to go! I hope you will join us in the challenge this week!

Jeanne, this card is perfect for the theme and the colors! I will admit to having some old sets that have never seen ink, too! Your Dad will love this card!
