I began by finding a roll off sheet in my stash from when I was Gel Plate printing. I stenciled over that using the new Chunky Circles stencil from A Colorful Life Designs and splattered with my white Posca pen.
When dry, I embossed it, then lightly sanded off the raised areas.

What fun you must have had creating all this depth and interest with your Gel Plate print, stenciling and embossing!! What lovely colors!
