So, somewhere in the video Emma mentions the third flower was a sunflower and that stuck in my brain. ( you can find this challenge here to play along ) and what I retained from watching it was mainly the cluster of blooms being not top down. I did have some struggles with the greenery as she had mentioned this was a "bouquet" and when I went to paint it, ( this is the 4th version, yes you read that right) I finally decided to just go bouquet shape with it and I had more stems and big leaves under the blooms but, cut them off as it still did not look right to me. I have decided that although I do not know what my own style is just yet, I am learning what it is not. and Loose is not easy for me. esp. loose with random mixed flowers. So, I added in some bleed proof white "baby's breath" type loose spots to fill in between the flower heads. Thanks for this challenge Linda, & tfl.

Sure, glad you stuck with this technique. Your sunflowers are very realistic. The greenery is fantastic for the bouquet. Really like how they fill up the bouquet. Tfs

Love the shapes of your sunflowers - I think that was more the look I hoped to achieve with my daisies but I am well aware "loose" is not my friend. You have some really wonderful realistic curves to the petals.

So cool, Stacy. Love you did all sunflowers and love your white dots. Wonderfully done. I think I may try all sunflowers next - thanks for the inspiration. Lovely card. Hugz
