For today's Spring Rain challenge- used a waves style embossed background, colored with watercolor pencils, and propped up my raincoat clad boy along with the walrus, seagull, and sentiment elements. Repurposed a yellow die cut panel, and finished with a yellow and white fabric border. Background is my yellow raincoat that arrived in the mail this morning!

What fun to have a new yellow raincoat!! Your card is adorable with the boy and his animal friends. Love that fabric you added, mf!
