TH OIs were smeared on craft sheet and misted with water. A panel of watercolor paper was laid on it to create the bg. Using a stencil made from a MB die, added the raindrops and splash.

Super cute card and it is perfect for the challenge this week. Love the splashes. We have gotten a lot of rain this week. I know you have, also, because we drove up your way for a dr appt on Friday. Terrible day for driving.
