The trouble with having a Featured Stamper like the amazing Dini is trying to decide which card from her extensive gallery to case! I am definitely not done browsing, but I jumped at the chance to case this gem:' Sew Special - Tin Tile by dini at Splitcoaststampers
I tried to capture the vintage feel, palette and layout, but used a street sign in place of her dress form. The layout is kind of reversed from Dini's, with the skyline in place of her lace and my lace where her sentiment was. I had the embossed brick panel in my stash, just adding more sponging, which I also added to the script DSP and the skyline. This will be a birthday card for a friend who turns 67 right after me...or maybe I will keep this for myself!

Gorgeous! I love your case, and the brick is fab. The lamppost for the dress form is wonderful, mf!

Well, it's definitely a "keeper" and it will be hard to part with; but I think your friend will be quite honored to receive this gift if you do decide to share. You definitely captured the vintage feel of Dina's card but in your own unique and beautiful style. Love the addition of the skyline with that fab signage. And the lace is perfectly placed against that gorgeous brick bg. Sensational card, Faith.

Faith, this is wonderful! Your friend will love it if you decide to part with it. With the cool sign and brick I can see this would work for a Harry Potter card too if you did 9 3/4 (we just got back today from the Harry Potter Exposition in Atlanta so it is on my mind). Beautiful look and feel to this. Hugz

Oh my, this is fabulous! You've combined some wonderful die cuts and embossing for this cool creation. Great papers as well and the colors are perfect for this vintage style.
