Julie is our hostess and has a wonderful site for this week's Inspiration Challenge. I needed a birthday card and decided to use this drinking straw tray as a beginning point. I loved the stripes and thought about creating the pattern on the tray, but I am basically really lazy and it would take to much time! Decided to do just plain stripes and changed the colors a little. Die cut the bouquet die four times, once in the yellow. Stacked the white die and paper pieced the inside pieces with the yellow. Decided to add a little color to the yellow with some markers. Embellished with bling and popped up a sentiment.

I love the striking color palette on this beautiful card, Amy. The stacked die cuts and petal piecing make a gorgeous flower and it looks amazing on your striped background. Your copic coloring adds beautiful diimension. Fabulous card.
