When I saw this sketch challenge, I thought about all the black and white paper scraps I had in my stash, and thought maybe some of them would look good together in this sketch. I played around with a few of them till I had an arrangement I liked, and cut them to size.
I created the sentiment on the computer in MS WordArt and printed it on white CS. Fussy-cut the curved banner shape, layered it onto black CS and fussy cut a border around it.
The bottom right corner piece is popped up a bit with 3 layers of cut-to-fit black CS, also on the left end of the sentiment banner (hard to see in the photo, sorry). TFL!
