I'm hosting today's MIX challenge and I'm giving you your choice of three techniques/supplies to use while making your project. I had so much fun with JJ from Bugaboo....doesn't she just epitomize all of us when we're doing housework? I know I break out the heels and put my mini skirt on (eye roll).
My background was made using distress oxide inks to which I added modeling paste through stencils and dry wall tape. I added some splatters with acrylic paint. The layering on the sentiment was made with silver plumbers tape that I embossed.
To those of you vacuuming today, make sure you're dressed appropriately!

Love it all Polly and I should be doing housework right now instead of checking challenges and the gallery out lol. I’m in denim shorts and a t-shirt although I have been known to wear a short skirt in the past. Not heels. I prefer barefoot lol. Fabulous MM creation.

My housework clothes are old jeans. But I don't actually mind it, I just wish I had more time for other things instead. Fun card, some lovely stencils there. I like the texture under the sentiment. Foil tape was the first thing I thought of when I read your list, for both metallic and hardware. But then I blanked on what I would do after that. Maybe tomorrow...

Snark at it’s best! Fantastic background. Love the warm mix of colors! I ‘d say that could be me, but mdh rocks vacuuming. The tiny polka dots are the perfect spot to rest between look~z. So fun, Pol.

The sun is glancing through the windows and highlighting the dust drifts on the end tables. Perfect card to remind me I need to do some housework. ...but will I? That is the question. :-) Love this card, the sentiment is truth!

Oh my gosh, this is sooo fun! Love your colors, your background details, and that image/sentiment. I agree with her comment but not her outfit choice. Fun card, Polly. Hugz
