Sorry it took me so long, this one was kind of a comedy of errors. I had started painting this image after much deliberation decided to start focusing on stamps we do not have in common to narrow it down a little and came across this cute floating kitty here.
And my husband kept turning the power from city power to solar and I lost track of your card while the paint was drying but, I was pretty sure it was rectangle and so, I decided to go square and simple. And before that I was heavily influenced by all the aqua's and red combo Christmas cards so, that was how the blues went here. Other changes are the flowers were swapped out for ribbons and there are less layers. I am not really sure what is supposed to be in his drink but, I did do the do-hicky thing sticking on the rim pink as that was how the index sticker is on the stamp. ( I think its an orange or something though and am tempted to paint over that part later )Janine, I hope you like this and enjoy your week! Thanks for this challenge Nancy & tfl.

It is a very cute card and makes me think I need to pull out that Hambo digi again one day soon. I love PB images so it is lovely to see this one looking so sweet amongst the waves. I like the ribbon treatment too

I really love the way your expanded your ocean waves for Ms Kitty to float in. Great tribute to Janine. I think her drink looks just fine and very summery. Terrific card!

Boy, you went way back in her gallery! Both your images are precious. I love your coloring and your ribbon. Fab and super cute case, Stacy. Fun hearing your adventure in making it and bravo for you having solar! Hugz

You found the perfect inspiration for your adorable PB kitty and doesn't he look like he's having fun tubing. I am picturing my son's description of his Frat tubing down the river on holidays. LOL. Love the aquas and red and your painting is fab. That ribbon is such a neat layer -- reminds me of water rippling along. Great CASE and a Great card.

Stacy this is so adorable and I confess to wry chuckling as I read your story. I recognize the ruffled ribbon, I still have a scrap of the pink version that should be used.
