For our January prompts for MMJ123, I used 3 patterned papers, metal (brad), Craft Smar Premium wax, that is my paste, and something from my stash; bust our stash, a junk envelope. I used a junk envelope with a window, and cut it so I could use it as a pocket in my junk journal I am currently making. I glued a printed paper on the inside. I used the wax on the outside & doodled around the window. The tag is collaged with papers, and also edged with the wax. To the top of the tag I added a flower folded from a bookpage and added a brad to the center. When I get my journal sewn together, I may put the pocket and tag on the page that just happens to have the same pattern as the paper I put inside the pocket. Something new was the wax as I just opened it and used it for the first time. Don't know when I got it. It isn't what I thought it was.
Thanks for looking.

Very interesting junk journal page. One of my goals for 2023 is to get a proper craft room set up. I'd love to make more junk journals, mini-journals and such. I will keep your ideas in mind to keep me motivated.
