I had fun creating today. I have a vintage MFT die set...I took it out and die cut the balloons, then used the templates to stencil the balloons on this cardstock. I did not have the exact colors, and tried to match as closely as possible.

Cute! Love how the balloons fill the top of the card. The die-cut sentiment with repeating happy looks great. Nice substitutions for the challenge colors. So glad you were inspired. Great card!
