I loved looking through Melissa's gallery and I really love this flip card she made here Little Flap Bird by JMumStamps at Splitcoaststampers. I thought I had made one before but when I googled it in the tutorial section, I have not. I found the tutorial here Flap Card Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers. So I used a Memory Box circle die cut and traced around the top. I could not figure out how to just cut out the top part of the circle so I traced it and cut with scissors, the old fashioned way. It worked! I also had no magnet so I just glued the flap shut and stuck the clock on top of that and glued it all to a regular card front.
Not too sure who I am giving this card to yet but hubby said I could give it to him so guess what? I will save it for our anniversary or birthday (we don't ever give Valentine's cards but if we start after 31 years, this will be my pick! LOL) I also dug out my brads which I haven't used in years for the clock hands .

So stinkin' cute and perfect for all those occasions you mentioned. I love the sentiment with that great die cut. The gingham isn't too girly -- even though it is pink -- so it still works for a guy too. So clever to use a brad for the clock hands. I love that! Fabulous CASE and a fabulously fun card.
