My card for teapot Tuesday. Our challenge is to put an angel on our card in support of a woman whose little angel was stillborn. Such a difficult place to be. I know.
I have a number of angel stamps but I knew immediately I wanted to use this one. I always think it seems appropriate for a "thinking of you" kind of card.
Stamped a cream base with the script, butterflies and postcard stamp, then covered with this gorgeous floral embossed vellum and framed with a shimmer paper. Stamped my cherub on cream, coloured him/her, then covered with a lightly patterned vellum and framed with the shimmer paper. Added the ribbon and flower, though not sure that was the right choice.

this is delicate. After seeing this angel, I actually have note cards with this pose... I could have used one of those instead of a digital print. Great card... such soft colors... and the flower/bow adds the perfect touch.

This is so soft and tender and I'm right there with you that that image is perfect for a thinking of you card. I love the script and that floral vellum is gorgeous. I'm in the "yes for the bow and flower" camp. A lovely, heartfelt card.
