I love her die-cut piece over the multi-colored background. I do not have a die like this one, so I tried to mimic it another way. I selected a background that was previously created with Brushos.
Then I stamped a similar image in VersaMark and heat embossed in black. I die-cut a black frame to go on top. I kept the birthday theme and general layout. My changes: the colors, stamped image instead of die, wider panel, moved circle image to bottom and used it for the heat embossed sentiment and used a colored card base.
I like this idea for using up some of the many backgrounds I have waiting in a drawer.

Gorgeous! A stunning look with that BG and the heat-embossed silhouette. Brilliant idea to use your BG (need a drawer like that) The black framing with the rich blue makes the perfect foil for your design...
