This is for the teapot party for Kristine, suggested by her mom Mac (Mac4511) on Dec. 20th. Jen was our hostess and the challenge was messy but I just went with the colors Kristine likes of bright purple and green. The gorgeous grape is really not all that bright but I am hoping she likes this anyways. Doubled up the mug and backed the glittery whipped cream with heavy cardstock. Glued the base of it down and used thin dimensionals for the top part. Cut the heart from heavy c.s. as well and the teeny bow is glued down with Ranger multi medium matte glue. I hope Kristine has been cheered up by all the cards sent to her. Mine will be fashionably late but any time is a good time to get some happy mail and I am going with that, lol.

Beautiful! Love the colors and the plaid paper. The cup with the whipped cream, the heart, and the tie detail are all superb. The double headline is perfect...

Shirl, I can't believe how real that glittery whipped cream looks! Yum! What a warm and inviting design with the gorgeous plaid dsp, the sweet ribbon and heart on the mug and that great big hug just for Kris! Terrific!

Sweet...this cute card is sure to warm Kristine's heart and spirit. Love the plaid bg to showing off that great mug. I agree with Rita, that glittery whip cream looks awesome. Love that dainty bow -- perfect finish. And, even more, I agree with your write-up: any time is a good time to get happy mail. And this mail is happy indeed. Great card.
