I used Daniel Smith watercolours in Phthalo Blue (Green Shade), Prussian Blue, Cobalt Blue and Cerulean Blue, wet in wet. When it was just about dry I added the splatters using pigment and water. I did not want to use any paint. The sentiment is sparkly, but with the overcast day it refused to show up. There are more pictures and details on my blog.
