Well - it's BIG and it's BOLD AND it's the first time I have ever featured the whole 5 X 7 embossed panel. It did take me 4 tries on 4 different kinds of cardstock to get the look I wanted. I brayered over the inside of the folder with Calypso rainbow ink - huffed and puffed on it then ran it through my big shot. I had cut some neon balloons, but they felt distracting and cluttered when I put them against the rainbow embossing. So for today what is usually a bg gets to be the shining star of the card.

5 X 7 is a great size for wishing BIG! Love the colors, Linda!

Your "shining star" is perfect on center stage. The rainbow colors are stellar and the neon green card base really makes it all shine. Great card for a happy occasion.

Very cool technique to use on this card, Linda. Love the EF and the colors. I agree that leaving it alone was the right thing to do. Super pretty card. Hugz

Wow. I'm impressed with how white you managed to keep the embossed parts of the ef. And I love the bigger folders, this is one I haven't seen before. I have the early Cuttlebug one, which was before they even considered the metric market needing something slightly longer than an American A2. I love your neon green base.
