I think I am addicted to this Hokey Pokey joke and I can't seem to turn myself around. When I saw Lisa's sketch, I couldn't get this Burst Through technique out of my head. So I decided I needed some fun critter bursting through the paper to tell a good joke. I needed a card for my Dad's best friend's birthday, and I thought he'd get a kick out of this one. I stamped the fox and went looking for fun paper to pair him with. I've been saving this chicken paper for quite some time. It's so cute and I needed just the right time to use it. I couldn't resist the fox in the henhouse. The colors may be a little girly for the man that it is going to, but that is just how I roll.
The whole sentiment is "It was hard getting over my addiction to the Hokey Pokey, but I've turned myself around and that's what it's all about."

That burst technique is absolutely perfect for this sketch! Love your beautifully coloured fox bursting through the hen paper. Great sentiment and now I can't get that tune out of my head. :-)
