Congratulations to Heather Heroldt (aka Gadabout) as Featured Stamper FS828. I really enjoyed her Gallery where I observed some previously identified Favorites and others I had not seen before.
I kept the overall design (including orientation & embellishment placements) and her cardstock colors, but used different stamps & dies and mostly different inks. I needed to browse my sets to find some that worked, looking through 2-step foliage and floral sets.
I decided to texture the back layer, which was enlightening. I have not used the Hive folder much and did not realize how much it shrinks the cardstock. Rather than using a different larger piece I ran a small sliver through and added it to the bottom. Worked just fine!
Inside: You*re always so good to others. Be good to yourself too.

Gorgeous, Gayle! Love that embossed background - great solution to the take-up of that EF, too, lol. I love the calm feel of this! And thanks for the CASE!

I love this color combo and you created a beautiful version of Heather's card with these wonderful florals. Your embossed bg looks great and adds the perfect texture to frame your main layer. If you hadn't fessed up about the ef folder, I wouldn't have guessed you added another piece. Great save. Super card.

I love the sentiment you chose for this Gayle. It is such a good one and like Heather said, this is really calming looking. And very interesting about that ef. Who knew? You made it work! Lovely case!
