WT927 - Use colorful card bases, no neutral bases (no white, black or brown)
For my black dress I white embossed black card stock then fussy cut the dress. I then stamped the dress on white card stock to get the hanger and lined up the black dress over it popping it up on dimensionals.
I added the black and white ribbon and cut the birthday sentiment popping it up on dimensionals.
The card was finished with this love charm from my tote of items I am trying to use up.
I would love it if you would check out my Blog: Shoe Girls Cards.
Thank you for looking!

Wow - such an elegant dress! Love it! And I love the way you white embossed it - makes it so striking! The scalloped lacy edge makes me think of the fancy underwear you'd wear under a dress like that! Thank you so much for playing along with my challenge.

I love this! I have this dress stamp somewhere and I was looking all over for it but couldn't find it. Maybe it ran away to your house?? :-) Stunning card, girlie!
