I cut a panel slightly larger than A2 size, and then used my watercolors to create a galaxy background. After that dried, I splattered on stars with white craft paint, & die cut it with a stitched rectangle die. I die cut the greeting with a die that had been a gift with purchase from Taylored Expressions. I then glued that in place. I used a white gel pen to draw the star towards the top of the panel. Finally I added my panel to a white card base.
