Karen is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and she is giving us one last chance to add another Christmas card into our 2022 stash. The colors are Real Red, Poppy Parade and Old Olive. The dessert option is to add an additional color. Do Gold and/or white count? ;-)
I stamped the big poinsettia in embossing ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. Then I watercolored it with two shades of red to match the challenge colors, and fussy-cut it out. I used a piece of Old Olive DS paper, stamped the greeting in white, some splatters in gold to match the flower, added a bit of a white rub-on in the corner and topped it all off with some gold sparkly gems. Mounted on a base of heavy Neenah Solar White.
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

Barbara, in my opinion gold counts as your extra color, wink, wink! This is one gorgeous card. I love the gold embossed outline for your wonderfully colored poinsettia and all the gold splatter! This design screams Christmas in all it's splendor! TFS
