Pat, it was easy to choose a card because I really liked that card. I needed to create a card for an alphabet swap I'm in, letter F. I knew I wanted to use Fa la la and repeating that phrase seemed perfect. I changed the orientation and 'fancied it up' a bit, with glitter pen and the gilding 'flakes' on the 'fir' tree.' The tan paper has the words for The Twelve Days of Christmas, meaning 'French' hens. There is also a number 1, which is 'first'. I loved her scoring so kept that, doing a bit more than her card. Thanks for the inspiration to help me get this card done and in the mail. Thanks for the challenges. |
