 2022BLITZ2 = Kirigami Christmas Tree

The instructions were very clear, but as you can see I am "intricate folds" challenged...taking the word "challenged" seriously. Possibly I am not accurate enough or use the wrong weight of paper, but it doesn't look like the perfect tree in the sample. Glad it is just paper and not 18kt gold! : )

Sallie,
This turned out wonderfully and the dp is beautiful!! The small folds are hard on the hands!

I had my granddaughter do all of her small folds, she loved it!

I think the best way to get these trees easily done is to use very light /thin paper it's much easier to fold, but no worries Sallie your tree looks great and you've used pretty paper for it!!

Looks great to me. I have noticed that heavier paper is a bit harder to fold. I used stampin' up DSP so the paper cracked in a spot or two. Love the color! The basic Gray paper I used to have was good quality and thicker but I think yours looks great!

Sallie, don't be so hard on yourself. I like the paper you used. I had trouble with my first one, then cut a square from copy paper andvit got much easier.

Beautiful in neutral colors with the star button. I had to smile at your description, Sallie. So many things seem to come natural for you but not the folded tree. It was a true challenge.
The first two trees I made ended up in the trash.

I think your tree turned out great, and I like the addition of the star at the top.
