I made this for Dina's Fall Fest color challenge. I chose some patterned papers that coordinated with the colors for this challenge.
I simply cut out the candy cane and phrase, layered onto white and brown paper, adding some glitter to the candy cane and yarn ties to each tag. I cut up and layered coordinating patterned papers to create the background.
