This is for FS825 and Mer aka MerMer5050 is our featured artist this week. Congratulations Mer! I hope you enjoy your special day here on SCS. You have such a lovely gallery. I was inspired by CAS705 Chugging By by MerMer5050 at Splitcoaststampers. I kept the train theme and light blue sky background. I used a quilted die to create the look of falling snow in the background of my blue layer. I changed the color combination for the train from blue and green to red and green. I added evergreen trees in the background to replace the clouds and added a snow ground layer for the track. I used a winter themed sentiment. The little toy train is brand new and was so much fun to make.

You have the BEST die sets and this one is absolutely precious for Christmas. So iconic. Love love love the die cut blue panel for your "snow" -- great idea. I think those corrugated trees are becoming your new trademark -- they are so fun and look great everytime you use them. Great CASE and a fabulous Card.

Hi Kittie, thanks for selecting my gallery this week and starting everyone off with your incredible CASE! There is so much attention to detail and great texture to admire on this card - the crimped trees, the deckled snowy hills, the quilted background mimicking falling snow. You have compiled it all so perfectly for the sweetest wintery scene, featuring an adorable red and green Christmas train. HUGS, Mer
