For the Color Challenge hosted by Jeanne. Her color choices are Pacific Point, Fresh Freesia and Balmy Blue with your favorite pink as the dessert option.
I made this one with our potential daughter-in-law in mind. She and our son are getting serious, but he has not popped the question yet. She has beautiful brown hair. Also, she has a black dog she rescued from the shelter and they love to cuddle on the couch while she has her morning coffee.
I found the glitter ribbon at the dollar store and it is a beautiful match to the Fresh Freesia. I have two helpings of dessert: a favorite pink for skin tone is Blush Blossom and I used my favorite sequins in pink. They were left from a PP kit and are the most beautiful sequins. They have more facets and glisten like gems IRL. I love them, so I use them sparingly.
Wonderful colors to inspire us all. I look forward to seeing all the creative ideas and beautiful cards. Hope you will join us! TFL

The image is perfect for your son's love- and a pretty color combo as well - I like the sentiment - its 33° here in Pittsburgh right now so I am feeling the chill (lol)!!!

This is so beautiful! The ribbon and sequins add the perfect amount of glam for the cozy scene. I agree about the sequins - they are great for a bit of sparkle and are easier on the post office too.

I love this card, Diane, and hope that the young lady in your thoughts will become your daughter-in-law. She sounds like a lovely person. You used this week's colors to perfection, and I love the sentiment on the card, as well.

I love that image and the pup! Wonderful card, expressing my favorite activity in the Winter (that and going to the Keurig!).
