The inspirations for this card came from my sweet, sweet upline, kellykjs, who taught me how to make this type of card, and my sister Meema, who stamps backgrounds on top of backgrounds with lovely results! (Check out her gallery!). I brayerd glossy cardstock with Blue Frost, then stamped the image on vellum with black Staz-On, and used Stampin' Write markers to color on the reverse sideof the vellum, then attached the vellum piece to the glossy CS with gold eyelets. Used French Script and Versamark on the Garden Green CS, Weathered and Certainly Celery on the White CS, and Canvas and Versamark on the Brilliant Blue CS. The little square in the lower left says "Wishing You Happiness" in Certainly Celery.
