I'm late to the party and this turned out a bit wonky, but it was fun anyhow!
Paint torn cardboard panel loosely with cream acrylic paint. Paint front of white A2 card base loosely with cream acrylic paint. Set both aside to dry. Once dry, spread glue on one end of cardboard panel and sprinkle with loose glitter.
I have over 30 die-cut trees leftover from making my Christmas cards... and there was no way I was going to throw away all of those trees. (The trees on my cards are green with white while these are the leftover parts -- white with green). Sooooo, I was trying to figure out what to do with my first set of 3 "snowy" trees and thought the cardboard challenge would be fun. So I assembled 3 of the leftover die-cut trees and held the pieces together with double-sided tape.
Tear white scrap panel to make "snow drift"; add glue to torn edge and sprinkle with loose glitter. Stamp panel with sentiment.
Adhere cardboard layer, then 3 trees, and then the snow drift layer to the card front using various adhesives. Adhere 3D metal star embellishment to center tree. I left the inside blank so I could make it a get well or thinking of you card for someone during the winter season. Now what to do with the other remaining 30+ scrap trees!!!!! TFL!
