to get the color for the medallions, I smooshed white card stock onto my craft mat where I had rubbed Cracked Pistachio and Stormy Sky Distress inks that I spritzed with water. I die cut/embossed them with Medallion 3D Impresslits. I inked over the embossed medallions with Tea die to highlight the design using a finger sponge.
to make the background, I embossed a kraft panel with Three Rings 3D Texture Fade. I inked the inside of the folder with Tea Dye ink and spritzed with water before embossing which highlighted the cracks.
The medallions are all up on foam dots.
Thanks for the great inspiration today Julie!

The medallions are gorgeous with wonderful colors. You are the 2nd person I have seen use that folder today (kiagc) and I love it. How wonderful you could make the cracks show better.
