Hello! I'm hosting the Mix-Ability Challenge this week, and it's all about keeping a common thread in your project or KNOT! Stop by MIX508:Common Thread or Knot and get all the details!
About my card for the challenge, I started with an acrylic paint background in three colors, and then I dry brushed with white paint. Once dry, I free-motion stitched my "common thread" all around. Then it was a matter of matching the inks to the background and creating a cute wreath for the main image with Reverse Confetti's Choose Joy Stamps and Confetti Cuts.
We will miss all the wonderful products from Jen and her team, but I wish her all the best in their future journey.

Fabulous sewing on that fabulous background. This is soooo pretty, Janelle. Love where your mind took you on this lovely card. Hugz

That stitching is amazing. It adds great tactile texture to the visual texture of the painted background. I like the sentiment set back behind the wreath.
