I had this background waiting to be finished, I've die cut 2 flowers layering jute (from a bouquet) with white card stock, glued them together, glued the buttons and then sewed them through the paper, made the twine stems and leaves
So glad to use some buttons from my mother's box!!

Love your button trees. I didn't think I had any buttons but now I am thinking I have some very old ones in my mother-in-law's sewing box. She passed away at age 96 4 years ago and I got her old sewing machine and sewing box.
