Don't know how much mine "glow", but they are Christmas lights. I varied from the tutorial to be a bit more realistic...having many electrical engineering friends, they would blanch at putting a metal screw top to a "hot" wire. So I put an insulator cap on the bulbs and also gave the string a double wire....think it has something to do with current.

Your lights glow beautifully, Sallie. I love how you designed your wire and lights. Your electrical engineering friends would be very happy with you.

Sallie- your lights are a nod to the past! I have fond memories of my dad patiently checking the string of lights- and always finding at least one burned out TFS!

So fun to twist them and add golden light to the bottom. Fab soft glows and embossed sentiment. WONDERFUL and merry Christmas card, Sallie.

Beautiful, Sallie! I don't know a thing about electricity but I do know that our lights have two wires and you created your lights so beautifully and accurately.

Just shaking my head with a big smile over your beautiful lights! You've really captured the look of the clear colors! High fives on being ready for your friend's nod of electrical approval! :-)

Wow, you nailed this challenge. I will have to give it another try. I need to work on that last reflection of white on mine. Practicing more might help. I did enjoy this challenge even though mine did not turn out like I had hoped. I will tuck yours away into my favorites.
