I wanted to try this on black, I don't have black water color paper so used just black card stock, I think I prefer the white one, I forgot to use acrylic white, maybe I'll do that later

I think that makes total sense to do this on a dark background for the glow to really shine and I am totally impressed that this is not watercolor paper too.
