She is showing us how to paint Christmas lights with a glow. I did two projects. First followed her technique and did the card. Added pine branches and sentiment. It is a slimline card. I sketched them, but she actually has a digi of them you can purchase. My next project will be a picture of a gnome from KLM digis. I painted it using her technique for the lights. It will be framed and displayed with my other Christmas gnomes. It was hard to photograph both together. I apologize for it not being a good picture. It was fun and putsy with all the different colors. Hope you can join us and display your painting. TFL

I love your gnome all tangled in the Christmas lights and your lights hanging on the garland are so pretty. Guess we had the same idea there.

Wow, both paintings are stunning. I spent extra time looking at your slimline. You really captured the glass look of the lights. Your gnome is adorable and will look awesome with your other gnomes! Thanks for the fun challenge!

Thanks for the inspiration on this. I love how beautiful these lights looked watercolored picking up on the natural look of the bulbs. I will definitely be giving this a try. Your examples are gorgeous. Thanks, Linda for keeping us encouraged and bringing these wonderful videos to this challenge.

Wow! Love the glow of those bulbs! I remember when Christmas lights were those large bulbs. Anyone remember the tin reflectors you could put behind them when you screwed them in? Wonderful painting Linda!
