Karen is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and she has given us some luscious, rich colors to work with: Crushed Curry, Old Olive and Orchid Oasis. The dessert option this week is creative use of ribbon. Alas! No dessert for me this week.
I used sunflower dies from a new set by Lawn Fawn, cutting from cardstock in this week's colors, then sponging the same color ink on each flower, center, leaf and stem. I also sponged around the edge of the DS paper.
I arranged the flowers and mounted with foam tape, added a few gems, and my card was done.
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

Oh Barbara - too sweet!! I love that you and Mary both saw sunflowers with these colors- whilst I was thinking Halloween! I love your sweet sunflower bouquet.

Super sweet. Love the sunflowers peeking up behind the sentiment. Looks terrific on the plaid. Wonderful display of the challenge colors. Beautifully done, Barbara.
