I'm hosting this week's CAS challenge and I'm looking for things that fly. Today is my brother's birthday and I wanted to make him a card with a funny dad joke in it. My sister brought a little book of dad jokes to Sunday dinner one week and we sat around reading them to each other. My little Raleigh's reaction to most of the jokes was "I don't get it." So that became almost as funny as the jokes. I used this cute image that a friend sent to me and paired it with "Bought a new plane the other day. Disappointed they wouldn't let me keep the hangar." I purposely used the font that I created with Raleigh's handwriting. And I told Raleigh that when he signed the card he needed to write "I don't get it. --Raleigh"
The card was a hit!

What a fun flier, with his little pup along for the ride. Great use of Raleigh's lettering! The story is funnier than the card, which, BTW, is funny. I love Dad jokes, of course, so I'll be using this one. Thanks, mf.
