No time today to try the technique; I hope to revisit it someday. I wanted to honor SuZ's use of alcohol inks, bubbles, flower die-cut, sentiment strip. The flower die-cut was gifted to me. I used a scrap of an alcohol ink background that I thought went well with the flower.
I wanted to bring in the bubbles and thought of bubble wrap stamping. I do not remember if I have ever done this. I went back to a previous technique challenge on bubble wrap stamping hosted by Sabrina, for more information; I am linking up to that challenge today. My bubble wrap had BIG bubbles.
I looked for my preprinted vellum sentiments (where did I put them?), but instead found a pre-stamped and embossed sentiment that worked nicely. Finished off with a couple hot pink rhinestones.
Thank you SuZ for sharing your awesome cards with us and for motivating me to get creative today!

Very pretty! Especially love the alcohol ink BG, the color of the die-cut flower looks fantastic on it, and the heat-embossed headline looks great with the design...
