I thought it was so bright and cheery. Renata used an awesome Gelli print cut-up for her card. I am trying to use up retired printed papers, so I was attracted to her layout for that purpose. She made her flowers; I die-cut mine. I only have two since the paper has lots of flowers. Using a bone folder, I curled up the petals for more dimension.
I am low on white cardstock so I used a colored card base which I probably would not have done otherwise. I paper pierced the ends of the sentiment strip to mirror the pierced die-cut flowers. Finishing touch was Wink of Stella on the black flower centers on the paper. It really sparkles on the darker color. Fun card to make.
Thank you Renata for sharing your wonderful cards with us and for inspiring mine today! TFL

Diane, this is a great case of Renata's card. I adore your colorful strips of paper and how the yellow flowers match perfectly with your yellow card base. I love your sweet flowers and sentiment. This card would make anyone under the weather to feel better.

Fabulous. Glad you used the yellow card base because it really coordinates beautifully with your great dp and I think it highlights the pattern more than white would have done. Love that dp and how you mirrored the colors in the flowers. I think using just the two flowers was a great choice. You still get the "rule of three" with the sentiment and it all comes together brilliantly. Wonderful CASE and a wonderful card.

Fantastic! The design, and the stripes in BG are so pretty. They match the saffron perfectly. The pierced flowers with the pierced banner are creative...
