My card for this week's Tea Party recipient, Hildie, who needs some words of encouragement! She likes butterfiles and classic car shows, so I went with butterflies! I hope my card brings her a bit of cheer.
The butterflies were stamped with Versamark onto my last scrap of an alcohol ink background made on vellum, from my stash. Then heat-embossed with the Bold Black EP, and fussy-cut. I popped them up a bit with some glue dots.

I must try AI on vellum. It's not something I think of, although I often use Sharpies to colour the back of vellum butterflies. This comes across as a very soft and soothing card with the soft colours and textured butterflies.

This is gorgeous. I LOVE the color (green is always a good choice) and your AI velum scraps made for stunning butterflies. And the added butterflies in the embossed base layer look fabulous. Love the bit of stenciling on the main panel in the oval. Everything here combines into one beautiful card. No doubt Hildie will both appreciate and cherish this gem.
