This is my card for today's Alphabet Challenge letter Q for quotes. My sentiment is a quote attributed to Ralph Waldo Emerson and it is about living in the sunshine so that decided my background.
I am up late due to wildfire watch so thought, since it is after midnight, I'd go ahead and post my card!
I masked areas off and stenciled various stencil patterns in various inks all around to create the sun's rays. When finished, I matted it with a black layer, heat embossed the sentiment, and popped it up with foam tape. I added a few sequins and called it done. This was a fun background to make.
Thanks for the challenge, Ann, and thanks for looking!

Beautifully made. I seriously thought that you used DSP or washi tape for the rays of the sun. I am so impressed at how well the stencil worked. You did an amazing job. TFS!
