I combined today's challenge with a calligraphy club ATC swap (and challenge). The challenge is a trip to New Zealand for October and to highlight the Maori culture. Each card in the swap is to say, *Hello* in the country we are visiting for that month. If you want to say hello in Te Reo (the MÄ ori language) informally, you say *Kia ora*. I love that the Maori's do nose rub greetings, but couldn't figure out how to fit it on the card.

Wow wow wow. Being a huge Tolkien fan and having watched the movies many times and reading the books, I so want to visit New Zealand. You have taken me there so thank you. Gorgeous!!

This technique piqued my curiosity. I just watched Dee's tutorial on Youtube. I should try my luck. What inks did you use? Alcohol or water soluble inks?
