I use some Ranger's Cut and Dry foam to create a custom ink pad, and used that to sponge across my background in several bands. (I then used the same pad and a script stamp. Having got this, I just went off on a fantasy streak. The TH buildings were cut from some black glossy card with pearlescent paints. I put tape behind them and burnished glitter into the windows, and the roof finishings were cut from matt gold. I cut clouds from pearlescent white, embossing them with a Darice floral ef, and added a flower that was on my desk. It still needed something, so I added the little fox - the balloons were cut from the same pearlescent white as the clouds, with some extra shimmer from an SN clear glitter pen. I added a little glitter round the edges, and added it to a purple base.

Great fantasy scene! I love it! Reminds me of a jigsaw puzzle I have.
I love the fox with the balloons. Clever to make your own ink pad to get the streaks you wanted.
