Yes feeling a little wacky today...pink for Autumn? Hmmm, Jean, what are you thinking?? This all started with a swap I'm part of, an alphabet swap, letter A is for alcohol ink and Autumn.
I had the alcohol spinner background in my stash; how can I work this into today's F4A, which is centered around the color pink? Not a go-to color for me but there is pink in this background. Then it struck me that I hadn't done yesterday's WT and since Karen introduced us to this alcohol ink spinner technique, that's who inspired me to do this background. Thanks, k dunbrook! You are definitely one of my favorites. I cut some leaves from a stash piece, no idea what it is, edged in the charming pink ink and then another leaf cut from some holographic pink. Added some gold Nuvo Drops. Thanks for bearing with my wackiness. I think color has evolved a lot as far as what is appropriate for what season, gender, style.

I love this! It reminds me back in the late 70s, my Mom, and cousins we use to go to Newport Beach, and they had a place where you could make these on a spinning wheel. It was fun to see all the different colors and patterns it made. This card reminds me of that!! Thanks for some wonderful memories!
