Brenda (Benzi) hosted a wonderful watercolor challenge WCW118 - Painting a White Flower with Watercolor. Thanks so much Brenda, I'm glad I saw this one because I love to watercolor! I did not free-hand, but used a stamp and did a no-line watercolor.
A mix of two sets from Altenew and the use of gold embossing for my sentiment.
Here's a tip: When painting or coloring a white flower, try a little lavender or blue grey in your shaded areas to pop the white.
I use small round brushes sizes 0-5 My favorites are from England.

Oh, Susie, this is a stunning card. So happy you joined my challenge. I love that you mentioned adding the lavender or blue gray. It really makes a beautiful difference in the flowers. The gold embossing for the sentiment made your card even more elegant.

Stunning! This is gorgeous. I like the way your shadows pop the white of the petals. So beautiful and I love meeting like this! I have missed your lovely inspiration!

I've done flowers like this and like to add just a hint of soft green in some areas with the lavender shadows, too, although you managed the greens nicely with all the different foliage. That's a very interesting banner strip behind your sentiment - Really different from anything I've seen.
